- A new layer of breathable felt was installed beneath the existing felt, ensuring a watertight barrier and extending the roof’s lifespan.
- Eaves Protection Trays
- UPVC eaves protection trays were fitted over the fascia and into the guttering line, preventing future felt sagging and ensuring smooth rainwater flow.
- New Guttering System
- The old guttering was removed and replaced with a modern UPVC rainwater system, providing a sleek finish and efficient water drainage.
