Grey Block Paved Driveway in Southend-on-Sea, Essex
We recently completed this fantastic grey block paved driveway installation in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, transforming an ageing concrete driveway and overgrown front garden into a smart, spacious and practical parking area.
The original driveway consisted of worn concrete surfaces, old paving and garden borders that limited the available parking space. Our team removed the existing surfaces and vegetation before excavating and preparing the ground for the new driveway.
Following the groundwork, a suitable sub-base was installed and compacted to provide a strong foundation for the new block paving. The driveway was then laid using attractive multi-tone grey block paving in a herringbone pattern, creating a contemporary finish that complements the property’s brickwork.
As part of the transformation, we also installed new timber fencing with concrete posts and gravel boards along the front boundary, providing a neat and attractive finish while clearly defining the driveway.
The completed project has dramatically improved the appearance of the property, creating a large, durable and low-maintenance driveway with plenty of space for off-road parking.
